and to gain a bigger customer base. Not only does

on our own from time to time but have found their
report very current. I know we get more business because
we get the jump on our competition. I have been in

My preference
would be that fewer businesses and all of my competitors

that my name is Dave, my business is construction
related, and my marketing trade secret is the proper
use of building permit information. Both my wife and
I were schoolteachers of moderate means when my wife
was forced to retire from teaching due to multiple
sclerosis. Four years ago, we started our business
so that I could also quit teaching and spend full
time at home caring for my wife. With some simple

build up sufficient assets to expand our business
and take advantage of other opportunities in our business.

I started using your
permit service in December of 2001. It was the faxed
version. We would use it exclusively for leads and
send letters of interest to 15 or 20 prospects weekly.
The decision was made by looking through the listings
and picking out individual jobs, hand writing an envelope,
logging in the name in our sheet and repeating this
the following week. Now the "Mailing Labels"
feature writes my addresses for me. By I using the
online service, I am sending out 90 or so letters
