It is for users who
want to store 100's / 1000's of building permit sales
leads to resell to prospects again and again over the
next 3 to 10 years... and to have a way to create
on the fly filtered Mailing Labels for Site Permits
and Building Contractors...

During
the import the contractor data is distributed into the
contractor table and displayed
in the Contractor Form...
showing all the contractor data and all the permits
that contractor 'owns'...
You
can assign any sales rep to a contractor and from then
on every time a permit is imported with that
contractor the sales rep also
shows as assigned in the permit area with that sales
rep...
You
set a priority level, print the contractor data, and
create separate notes with dates - contractor notes...
You can also search / filter
contractors using a filter form... filter by contractor,
sales rep, city, state, zip...
You
can also enter as many sales reps in the Sales Rep Form
as you want... then when they are
assigned
to a contractor then on the next import all the contractors
that sales rep 'owns' will show up in the subform
area under that sales
rep... (Default Rep is No Rep)...
